The board of inquiry into the prosecution of Bruce Lehrmann over the alleged rape of Brittany Higgins was sparked by allegations made by ACT Director of Public Prosecutions Shane Drumgold against police. But its final report has found those allegations were “incorrect” and “without any rational basis”.
