Parts of south-east Queensland have shivered through their coldest morning of the year, with temperatures in some areas dipping well below freezing overnight.
Oakey, which is near Toowoomba, was the coldest, falling to -4.4 degrees.
It also saw a record low last week.

Warwick, south-east of Brisbane, was nudging -4 degrees.
Amberley, in Ipswich was just below freezing.
The Bureau of Meteorology said it was the coldest morning of the year in “a number of locations, including Oakey.”
Frost could be seen on satellite images, it said.
It’s the latest blast of winter for the Sunshine state, with a rare light dusting of snow in some spots last week.
It was a bit warmer on the coast.
Bundaberg dropped to 6.7 degrees, while Hervey Bay dropped to 7.
It was 7.1 degrees at Brisbane Airport overnight.

Coolangatta on the Gold Coast was 10.5 overnight.
However, it has warmed up, with Brisbane expecting 21 degrees today.
It will gradually heat up to 25 degrees by Friday and Saturday in the city.
The rest of the week is also warming up in other places.
Sydney, which saw flights and the light rail affected by wind over the weekend will be 21 degrees tody, with Wednesday set to be the warmest day at 23 degrees.

Melbourne will hover between 15 degrees and 17 degrees, with tonight the coolest night with lows of 9 degrees.
Perth will see a cold night tomorrow with temperatures down to 5 degrees, but daytimes will be up to 18 or 19 degrees all week.
Both Hobart and Adelaide will be dry until Wednesday when showers will move in.

Canberra will see the usual winter temperatures dip below freezing overnight this week, and highs of between 14 and 16 degrees in the day.
