The late TV mogul Reg Grundy AC OBE and wife Joy Chambers are to be remembered with guests invited to a celebration of their lives in September.
The event at the Mitchell Theatre, State Library of NSW will take place 12 months after the death of actor Joy Chambers (Neighbours), aged 76, and a long legal battle over the estate of husband, Reg.
Bermuda-based Reg Grundy died in 2016, aged 92, leaving a legacy of Australian TV and entertainment.
The Daily Telegraph reports Bishop Stephen Oliver, who presided over the renewal of the couple’s vows, is flying in from London for the occasion.
The event is to be attended by close family, friends and industry luminaries.
