Product Safety Australia has issued an urgent recall on a popular Wiggles headband.
The government agency has warned the Yellow Emma Wiggle headband with a yellow and black bow and four flashing lights does not comply with mandatory standards for products containing button/coin batteries.
Headbands sold after June 22, 2022 are included in the recall as they don’t include the required warning information and the batteries may not be adequately secured and may be accessible by young children.

If a child accesses the batteries contained in the headband, it poses a serious risk of choking, serious injury or death and parents should stop their children from using it immediately and remove it from reach.
If you bought the Yellow Emma Wiggle headband with a yellow and black bow and four flashing lights after the above date, you should contact CA Australia on recall@caaustralia.com.au or call 02 9938 5011 to arrange for a free return and full refund.
