Brailey was already on bail for previous charges, laid earlier this month.
She was refused bail by police and appeared in Wollongong Local Court today, where she was granted conditional bail.
She will reappear in Campbelltown Local Court on October 2.
Police alleged earlier this month Brailey had sex with a 17-year-old Sydney student and allegedly touched him in a sexual manner.
