A man has been killed and another injured after a buggy crash on a beach in North Queensland overnight.
Police believe the buggy was driving on the northern end of Toolakea Beach, north of Townsville when it rolled about 2.15am.
The 25-year-old passenger died at the scene.

A 23-year-old Hermit Park man was behind the wheel and was taken to the Townsville University Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Forensic Crash Unit officers are investigating the circumstances around the crash.
