A woman has been charged after a man used a GPS tracker to help police find his allegedly stolen car in western Sydney.
The Jeep Cherokee was allegedly stolen from Bellminer Street in Woodcroft about 7.20pm yesterday before it was spotted by police nearby in Quakers Hill.
It allegedly failed to stop for police, sparking a pursuit.

The car’s owner, Jaime Camacho, was using a GPS tracker on his phone to help police find it.
Officers found the car at Kings Park, triggering a second pursuit to Marayong, where police caught up to it.
The woman behind the wheel rolled from the car and tried to flee on foot but did not make it very far before she was arrested.
“Lucky that person who took my car didn’t throw away my phone. That’s how we tracked the car,” Camacho said.
Alirika Vale, 22, was charged with take and drive conveyance without consent of owner, never licensed person drive vehicle on road, police pursuit – not stop – drive recklessly and goods in personal custody suspected being stolen.
She was refused bail in court today.
