A driver has taken out the wall of a hospital after colliding with a Tesla in the coastal town of Victor Harbour in South Australia.
The car crashed into the Southern Fleurieu Health Service building, south of Adelaide around 9.10am.
No one inside the hospital was injured and the driver, a 61-year-old Encounter Bay man, was treated for injuries.

Police said the crash caused damage to a wall and an office inside the hospital.
The driver of the Tesla also was not injured.

Metropolitan Fire Service (MFS) and SES are assisting in the removal of the car from the wall.
South Australia police are investigating the cause of the crash.
