Ten people have been arrested and $500,000 worth of drugs have been seized in a police operation across several Sydney suburbs.

The arrests were made in multiple search warrants executed across several days.

Six people were arrested during searches of homes in Alexandria, Sydney, Botany, Auburn and Caringbah South on August 22.

Police seized 1kg of ketamine, 1.5kg of cocaine, 230g of methylamphetamine, 2.4kg of MDMA, 500g of crystal methylamphetamine and nearly $220,000 in cash.

Police estimate the drugs are worth $500,000 in street value.

A Mercedes and Audi were also seized, with a combined value of $170,000. 

A 38-year-old man and 26-year-old woman were arrested from a home on Ralph Street in Alexandria.

The man was hit with 60 offences, with police alleging the man supplied 1kg of ketamine, 230g of methylamphetamine and 370g of MDMA for $62,500.

The woman was hit with 18 charges, including taking part in the supply of a prohibited drug, greater than a commercial amount. 

They were both refused bail and will appear in court on October 18.

A 22-year-old man was arrested from a house on Bathhurst Street, Sydney and was charged with six offences, including knowingly directing the activities of a criminal group.

He will appear in Downing Centre Local Court on October 18.

Three others were arrested including a 61-year-old woman, 30-year-old man, and 32-year-old man.

More than 90 charges were laid between the six of them.

Following further investigations, another search warrant was executed at a home in Avalon Beach and an industrial building in Warriewood on August 23.

Police seized $90,000 worth of drugs, $25,000 worth if silver bullion and coins, and $22,500 in cash.

A 34-year-old man was arrested from the Avalon home and was charged with 11 offences, including supplying a prohibited drug greater than a large commercial quantity

He was refused bail and will appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on October 22.

Three more people were arrested following three more search warrants  at homes in Pemulwuy, Wetherill Park and Smithfield on August 27.

A total of $192,000 worth of drugs, including 4kg of MDMA and 260g of cocaine, was seized along with $34,400 cash.

A 39-year-old man was arrested at a vehicle stop at Wetherill Park, and was charged with six offences.

A 35-year-old man was arrested at a home on Oxford Street, in Smithfield and was charged with four offences.

They were both refused bail and appeared in Fairfield Local Court today.

A 37-year-old man was arrested at a home in Warin Avenue, Pemulwuy and was charged with charged with supplying a prohibited drug greater than an indictable quantity and lower than a commercial quantity.

He was granted conditional bail and will appear in Parramatta Local Court on September 18.
