Two children have been found dead at a home in the Blue Mountains, west of Sydney.
Police were called to a home in Faulconbridge after 12pm today due to concerns for the welfare of a woman and two children.
The bodies of two boys, aged nine and 11, were found inside the home by a family member.

A 42-year-old woman is being transported to Westmead Hospital under police guard and is in a stable condition.
Police are not looking for anyone else, and there is no ongoing threat to the community.
