A man is sought after a jogger was sexually assaulted iun broad daylight in Melbourne’s east last month.
A 19-year-old woman was out running on Whitehorse Road in Blackburn when an unknown man approached her at about 11.10am on Monday, August 26.
He allegedly sexually assaulted her as she tried to pass him, then he fled the scene on foot.

Investigators have released a digital composite image of a man they believe can help their investigation.
He is described as being of slim build, with brown eyes, dark and curly hair, and was carrying a red basketball.
