A product recall has been issued for an exercise-themed baby gift set due to a potential choking hazard.
Fisher-Price’s Baby Biceps set includes a dumbbell toy, a kettlebell toy, a toy protein shake and an orange sweatband.
Product Safety Australia issued the notice after it was found the grey caps on the ends of the dumbbell toy could come off.

Only the dumbbell toy is affected.
The regulator said consumers should stop using the recalled dumbbell toy immediately and keep it out of reach of children.
“This product may not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age,” the recall notice said.
“The grey caps on the ends of the dumbbell toy can come off.
“There is a risk of serious injury or death from choking on the grey caps if they detach from the dumbbell toy.
“Return the affected product to the place of purchase or contact Mattel Consumer Relations to receive a refund.”
The product was sold at Target stores nationally and online as well as Toyworld Werribee in Victoria between September 14 and December 13, 2023 with the model number GJD49.
The model number can be found on the back of the kettlebell toy.
