CCTV has captured one of Scot Phillips’ last moments before he was lured outside his Adelaide home and murdered in a premeditated attack.
The 19-year-old was at his home on Carey Avenue in Seaton when his power switched off at 10.20pm yesterday.
He went outside to investigate and that’s when police allege he was set upon by at least one person and stabbed to death in a “furious attack”.

About an hour before, CCTV showed him walking into the Seaton Hotel with his friends.
A friend, who didn’t want to be identified, is rattled by Phillips’ sudden death and said he had been screaming for help.
“I’m angry, a 19-year-old good boy who would go out of his way to help anyone and there was no one there for his last dying minutes to help him,” he said.
”Scot was on the front doorstep by himself, screaming for help, and no one came.”
A witness told 9News yesterday he heard a “blood-curdling scream” from a boy wanting to get into his own home.

Signs of a desperate attempt to flee were laid bare today, the dented front door screen visible.
Multiple weapons have been seized and a man was arrested during the investigation.
Cooper Benny, 19, is facing multiple firearms charges.
No one has been charged with murder.
Police investigations remain ongoing.
The neighbourhood paid small tributes to the young life taken in such a violent ambush by laying flowers at his home.
