His identity cannot be revealed due to the ongoing police investigation but detectives say he was known to Phillips.

It’s alleged the 19-year-old stabbed Phillips, also 19, to death outside his own home in Seaton on Tuesday night.

Police said power was cut to Phillips’ home to lure him outside, where his alleged killer was waiting.
