Hubbl users are experiencing lengthy technical problems with the Foxtel-owned device, ahead of a big weekend of sports.
For over 7 hours an outage has impacted users who have taken to social media to vent, all before AFL & NRL Finals tonight.
“We are aware of an issue currently impacting Hubbl devices. Our engineers are investigating it as a high priority. Please do not attempt to reboot your Hubbl device. Thanks for your patience,” Hubbl said on X.
The issue appears to be global with UK users of Sky Glass / Stream also affected, The Sun reports.
“The Sky Help team is currently working on a fix to resolve the issue,” Britain’s Sky Help Team told users on X.
“Some Sky Glass / Stream customers are currently experiencing technical issues when trying to switch on their devices.
“Our technical teams are working hard to fix this.”
Foxtel has been contacted for comment.
