The mystery winner of a $1 million lottery ticket purchased in the Adelaide suburb of Mawson Lakes has just days to claim their prize.
Lottery officials are calling for all residents and visitors to check their Monday and Wednesday X Lotto draw 4325 bought on September 27, 2023.
The deadline to claim the prize is before close of business on Friday otherwise the prize will be forfeited to the Lotteries Commission of South Australia.

“We are just days away from the Friday deadline, and our mystery millionaire is still out there. South Australian lottery winners have only 12 months to claim their prize, and time is quickly running out,” the Lott spokesperson Khat McIntyre said.
“It’s hard to believe, but our mystery winner may have been completely unaware they’ve been sitting on $1 million for nearly a year.”
The ticket is unregistered so the winner cannot be contacted directly.
It was purchased at BP Mawson Lakes at 603-615 Salisbury Highway in Mawson Lakes.
“You don’t want to miss out on such a life-changing opportunity,” McIntyre said.
“Make sure you check your bedside table, your handbag, your car glovebox or any other hiding spots you may have an old ticket because the winner could be you and you could be planning what to do with your prize.”
This is the Lott’s final call out. The organisation has made several public notices urging residents or visitors to the suburb to check their tickets.
The Lott urges the winner to contact them on 131 868 to begin the process of claiming their prize.
