A woman’s body has been pulled from the water off the coast of Melbourne’s Mornington Peninsula.
Emergency services were called to the bottom of Cape Schanck boardwalk where police winched the body of a woman from the water about just after midday.
It’s understood a group of three people were swept off rocks in the area’s vicinity and only two were able to make it back to shore safely.

They were both transported to a nearby hospital in a stable condition.
The death is not believed to be suspicious.
