A man has been arrested in Victoria and is set to be extradited to NSW after an alleged stabbing on an inner Sydney street.
Victoria Police arrested a 40-year-old man in Coburg, an inner suburb of Melbourne, at about 11am today.
He was taken to Broadmeadows Police Station where he will be charged with a NSW arrest warrant for robbery whilst armed.

NSW Police are working with Victoria Police to extradite the man back to Sydney.
Officers were called to Darling Road in Haymarket at about 4.20pm on Sunday following reports a 22-year-old man had been stabbed in the back.
Paramedics treated the injured man at the scene and he was taken to St Vincent’s Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Detective Acting Inspector Chris Fisher told Ben Fordham on 2GB radio the attack was believed to be random, with the two men not known to each other.
