Footage shows the moment a driver reverses into a group of people outside a hotel, as multiple victims remain in hospital.
9News obtained the vision which shows the moment the group were pinned against a wall at the Royal Family Hotel on North Terrace in Port Elliot, South Australia.
A group of people can be seen repeatedly kicking and punching the doors of the car.

One man smashes the back window.
The group continue smashing the front windscreen before the driver takes off.
The car comes to a stop in the middle of the road before reversing and ploughing into the group and speeding off.
It all unfolded just after 1.30am yesterday.
A 22-year-old man, who works at the hotel, is fighting for life at Flinders Medical Centre, while four others are at the Southern Fleurieu Health Service with minor injuries.
Police are investigating what happened.

“We’re unclear on what led to the confrontation out the front,” Inspector Gene Vaninetti from South Australia Police said.
The driver, a 37-year-old NSW man, will appear in court on Tuesday.
