US workplace comedy Unstable starring Rob Lowe and his son John Owen Lowe, has been cancelled by Netflix after two seasons.
Lowe starred as an eccentric and narcissistic father who runs a at high-tech bio research facility with his son (John Owen Lowe) trying to save him from spiralling further following the death of his wife.
The cast also includes Sian Clifford as Anna Bennet, Aaron Branch, Rachel Marsh , Emma Ferreira and Fred Armisen.
Season 2 ended with Ellis leaving his company and deciding to run for president of the United States.
