UK rapper Yung Filly has been released from prison on bail and was spotted in Perth yesterday for the first time since facing court on a string of serious sexual assault charges.

The 29-year-old is now stuck in Western Australia as global brands distance themselves from the online personality.

The popular YouTuber, who is no stranger to being on camera, yesterday tried to avoid the lens as he checked in at Northbridge Police station.

The UK rapper is required to check in every day as part of strict bail conditions.

Yung Filly is accused of raping, assaulting and choking a woman in a hotel room after his Bar1 Nightclub show in Hillarys last month.

Numerous brands including Heinz and ASOS have appeared to remove content featuring Yung Filly following the charges.

His new cooking series with the English Football Association has also been changed to private, while clothing brand Perplex has deleted its collaboration with the rapper online.

The 29-year-old is also a regular guest on the FootAslyum YouTube channel but they announced they’ve suspended working with him.

“In light of these serious charges we are suspending our contract with Yung Filly’ with immediate effect,” Footaslym told the BBC.

Yung Filly had to surrender his passport as part of his bail conditions and is now unable to leave WA.

He’s also had to provide a $100,000 surety and isn’t allowed to talk about the charges online or enter licensed venues.

Now, the rapper is trying to lay low until his next court appearance in December.
