A woman has died in hospital after an alleged domestic violence attack in Townsville at the weekend.
Police said emergency services responded to reports a 41-year-old woman had serious injuries at a property on Dalrymple Service Road in Vincent on Saturday afternoon.
She was taken to Townsville University Hospital and died today.

A 42-year-old man was taken into custody and police declared a crime scene at the property.
He has been charged with grievous bodily harm (domestic violence) and is due to reappear at Townsville Magistrates Court on December 6.
Police are searching for witnesses, including anyone with information or relevant footage.
