NSW Police then attended the scene and launched an investigation into the fire, which has been deemed as suspicious.

Investigators are looking to speak to two men who were spotted entering the property carrying a jerry can before running from the scene.

The blaze comes one day after an alleged break-in at the same property at 8.20 am on Thursday.
