A man has been rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries after a stabbing at a nightclub in Melbourne’s inner suburbs overnight.
Police were called to the nightclub on Chapel Street in Prahran about 4am after receiving reports two unknown offenders attacked a man.
Paramedics treated the 31-year-old man before he was taken to hospital with life-threatening injuries.

The offenders fled the area before police arrived and were last seen heading along Macquarie Street.
Detectives are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding the incident.
