The Sunday Telegraph has reported Nine has launched an investigation following a complaint by junior staff member following an alleged incident on set with Georgie Gardner.
Nine decline to comment on the details to the newspaper, but Nine’s Director of News and Current Affairs Fiona Dear, who said: “Georgie Gardner is a highly regarded longstanding member of our Nine News team. We offer no further comment.”
Gardner was on air reading the news on Friday and Saturday night.
