Three people have been charged after an alleged break-in at a jewellery store on the Gold Coast.
Police allege three people in a car drove to a shopping centre on Foxwell Road in Coomera at 4.50pm yesterday before two of them entered the complex.
A 23-year-old and a 26-year-old allegedly struck a glass cabinet at a jewellery store with a tyre iron in an attempt to break the glass.

Police said the two left the complex without any items and jumped back into the waiting car.
A short time later the car was intercepted by police on Creek Street and the trio was taken into custody.
A 24-year-old Mount Warrant Park man, who was allegedly driving the vehicle, was charged with driving without a licence, evasion offence in company, wilful damage and enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
A 23-year-old Coomera man and a 26-year-old Upper Coomera man were both charged with one count each of wilful damage and enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
All three were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Southport Magistrates Court today.
