A man has been arrested after bags of cocaine were allegedly found in his Sydney hotel room.
Police were called to a licensed premises in Pyrmont about 3.10 am today following reports of an alleged drug deal.
Officers spoke to a 35-year-old man, who is understood to be associated with the North Sydney bears, before searching his hotel room.

It will be alleged in court when the room was searched, 10 bags – believed to contain cocaine – and $3400 cash were found.
The drugs have an estimate street value of $3850, police said.
The man was taken to Day Street Police Station where he was charged with supply of a prohibited drug and dealing with proceeds of crime.
He was granted conditional bail to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on October 30.
