Victorian police have appealed to the public for help after a woman was sexually assaulted in broad daylight in the main street of a town near the NSW border.
Police were told the woman, 22, noticed someone following her as she shopped in various shops on High Street in Wodonga on September 16 about 4.30pm.
Police said the man on a bike sexually assaulted the woman as he went by, leaving her uninjured.

They said he was Caucasian in appearance and about 175–180 centimetres tall with a moustache.
He was wearing a black cap, black hoodie with red trim, large gold watch, black jeans with ripped knees and white Nike runners, while riding a black mountain bike.
