Advertising is coming to Stan Sport for the first time, although not during match plays.

Yesterday at Nine’s Upfront, Chief Sales Officer Michael Stephenson flagged, “Every ball of all four Grand Slams, a complete Rugby package, the Super Rugby, the British and Irish lines tour, the world’s best Football, with the UAS Champions League, plus Motorsport, Boxing and MMA and a whole heap more. This, of course, is Stan Sport.

“And in 2025 for the very first time, there will be advertising on Stan Sport. But we won’t stop there, because, in addition to advertising on Stan Sport and the ability to pull integrations from Nine right away through onto the Stan Sport platform, we’ve also introduced new Stan Tribes -more marketing, more targeted marketing to dedicated Sports fans. It really is the next phase in our Total Television proposition,” he told advertisers.

“The launching of advertising on Stan Sport is really important because it means for the first time that we can introduce dynamic and much more transparent pricing across all of our screening on demand inventories.
