Have You Been Paying Attention? tied up its 2024 season last night winning its timeslot as it has for most of its run. It remains one of 10’s success stories and the envy of rival programmers.

Meanwhile The Block was high on sordid drama, topping entertainment at 1.25m viewers in National TV Audience.

That upstaged My Kitchen Rules (916,000), 7:30 (764,000), Australian Story (601,000) and Dessert Masters (396,000).

Have You Been Paying Attention? wrapped at 792,000 -exactly double its lead-in- then Media Watch  (499,000), Four Corners (485,000), The Rookie (438,000) and Love Island (343,000).

Seven News was #1 at 1.36m for Seven. Home & Away  was 918,000 then The Chase (613,000). SWAT was 202,000.

Nine News averaged 1.25m with wins by A Current Affair (1.11m) and Tipping Point (690,000). Love Cheats managed 120,000.

ABC News drew 926,000. Hard Quiz (328,000),  Q+A (254,000) and newcomer A Bite to Eat with Alice (200,000) followed.

The Project scored 320,000 for 10 then 10 News First (319,000), Deal or No Deal (272,000) and Sam Taunton: Rooster (200,000).

On SBS it was SBS World News (172,000 / 142,000), Into the Amazon with Robson Green (146,000), 8 Out of 10 Cats Does Countdown (95,000) Mastermind (84,000) and Never Mind the Buzzcocks (63,000).
