A young man has been charged with murder months after another man was allegedly killed in an execution-style drive-by shooting in Melbourne.
Father-to-be Aaron Toth, 30, died from a gunshot wound inside a Volkswagen Golf on Bride Avenue in the southeast suburb of Hampton Park about 12.30am on April 27.
He was from Cranbourne, about a 15-minute drive from where he was found.

Following investigations, homicide detectives charged have now charged a 21-year-old from Cranbourne North with his alleged murder.
He was also charged with conduct endangering life, attempted murder and conspiracy to commit kidnap in relation to separate incidents.
The man will face court later today.
